Event Transitional justice

Since October 2012 the Government of Colombia and the FARC have been negotiating a 6-point agenda to put an end to five decades of armed conflict.After agreeing on rural reform, political participation, and addressing production of illicit crops, last September the parties reached an initial agreement on transitional justice.

Gustavo Gallón, the director of the Colombian Commission of Jurists, will share his reflections on the pros and cons of this landmark agreement.
